3 Stars Comfortable, sound quality not what I expected
I bought this pair of headphones as a replacement for my apple earbuds for my iPod. The headphones are comfortable but lack the sound quality of the earbuds.

I bought these because I didn’t know the MP3 player had them with them. However, these are more comfortable than the ones in the box.

First I’ll say I got a great deal on mine. So I wasn’t too upset that the maximum volume wasn’t very high at all or that the buds kept falling out of my ears. I only used this when I worked out so I’m sure they would be fine if you used them for something other than an active hobby.

4 Stars For the price, they’re a good deal
I’ve had this since early march of this year and unlike the regular headphones i used to buy from riteaid and walgreens, i haven’t had any problems with these in terms of quality.

They stay in my ear and honestly block the sound out. they are comfortable, and i really don’t hear people when i have these on. No, i don’t use any fancy mp3 player, i just listen to music using windows media player on my dell axim.

I paid $5.99 for these and they still work. the only problem is that i’ve had the ear buds came off once and i put them back on and it was fine. I got it tangled the other day when i took trash out and while trying to untagle it in the parking lot, one of the earbuds fell of again (if it didn’t fall there, it probably fell while i was hurrying out of the building). i don’t know where the spare ones are at cuz i’ve moved since i purchased these and haven’t settled in yet. So i think i need to buy a new one, unless i can get replacement earbuds at riteaid or something.

If you need decent earphones for listening to music while walking down the street or riding in amtrak or greyhound, these are perfect. Mine still work, and i think it’s better to buy these than to buy the $11 ones they sell at the stores that promise base and while you don’t hear the base, one of the earbuds stop workin in less than 2months.

This one has lasted since march and still works. i think i’m going to hold off buying a new one and see if i can buy replacement earbuds somewhere.

oh, i forgot to say i love the adjustable sound thingamajig, i don’t have to reach for my pda to adjust the sound.

1 Star not worth the price
Sound quality is so bad. Something you’d expect from a dollar store. I do not recommend this item. However it may work for AM radio and/or low-bitrate eBooks (though I still think the price is way too high for this quality). Included Napster trial was expired.

2 Stars Not blown away
These headphones are not bad but they’re certainly not great. I find that the sound is far less than the “high fidelity” I’ve experienced in more expensive over-the-ear headphones. I do like the size options on the earbuds. They allow for a better fit than other headphones I’ve used. But the fit around the ears is far less than ideal. I struggle getting the arms around my ears. Once in place, they’re okay but I feel like a contortionist getting them on. All that said, they’re not bad for the price. You get what you pay for.

I really like these headphones. Really good sound quality at an affordable price. One of the reasons I selected these was the clips that go around the ears- earphones always seem to fall out while I’m at the gym. Turns out that I don’t use the clips. I removed them because the earphones stay in without the clips.

5 Stars nice headphones very competitively priced
thoroughly pleased with these headphones. They are well made, well designed, and afford great sound quality. The buds fit snugly in your ears and block out a good deal of ambient sound. The combination of the snug buds and innovative earpiece give these headphones a tight fit even while running. 2 minor complaints: these headphones take a lot longer to put on than most and there is a noticeable amount of wind rush heard when running into the wind. The wind rush I don’t think can be helped, and isn’t really a fault of headphone construction, and the extra few seconds it takes to put these on is well worth it.
