4 Stars INCLUDED ADAPTER DOESN’T WORK w/iPhone!!!
The headphones are AMAZING the adapter ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS if you plan on using this with an iPhone, I dont know about ipods. You will DEFINITELY have to buy a sony bluetooth adapter which can EASILY turn this into a $160 investment!! iPhone + headphone + sony adapter… priceless!! iPhone + headphones + motorola OEM adapter… worthless!!
5 Stars It may be a want, not a need but if you want something like this it works.
when you hit play to start listening. My one complaint is that the Bluetooth transmitter that hooks up to the IPod sticks out quit a bit and if it gets hit it can make the signal choppy at times, I would suggest getting a cheap holder to keep it all stable if you are going to run or use it outside. And if you are running on a treadmill or just walking around the house leave it somewhere and use the controls that are on the headset itself, which works quit well.
5 Stars LOVE LOVE LOVE IT.
You know this wireless headphone thing is the way to go if you go to the gym.
I mainly lift weights so the sweat from doing cardio never really gets too bad for me.
Not sure how that applies to the product.
I did however drop them in the sink while I was washing my hands (dummy) so the headset stopped working for a day but now its fine.
I couldnt get it to work with my blackberry but that’s okay I guess.
I just love that there arent any cords while I’m lifting.
Very convenient.
OH and the sound is GREAT.
The BASS is pretty amazing.
I think it’s because the rubber ear-pieces cover your ear canal completely.
5 Stars I love them
If you go to the gym, store with the wife, shopping for food, or just want to smoke a cigar on your deck, I recommend this highly.
It works seamlessly with your iPod.
If you have an iPhone 3G, you must make sure they are sending you a NEW model of the D650. The old ones simply do not work no matter how hard you try.
Design, Comfort, Style, Weight, Charge: GREAT!
3 Stars Stereo bluetooth still needs work
I purchased this headset/adapter combo mainly for working out. I needed something wireless to make the workout a little more luxurious. After receiving the items, the setup was very easy. When on my elliptical machine, I found the music cutting out often while using the iPod adapter with my iPhone. I tried moving my iPhone around to see if it was a reception issue since the antenna is on the back of the headphones, but the music was still cutting out. The adapter is also very large (compared to Sony’s) and makes it difficult to place your iPhone/iPod in certain places.
The sound quality was very artificial sounding. Although I personally don’t need perfect sound while exercising, these headphones have 2 settings where you can either turn on or turn off an “enhanced” button. When enhanced, the bass was loud.
After trying these for a few days, I ended up returning them since I wasn’t happy with the item. I will be going with a wired solution for now (most likely the Sennheisser PMX 80) but when wireless technology enhances, I will definitely look back into a wireless solution.
